For Units all Monthly rates:

• 5x10: $45.00
• 10x10: $95.00
• 10x15: $125.00
• 10x20: $140.00
• Outdoor boat/RV/Trailer storage: $2.00/lf

Other move-in fees:

• $20.00 deposit (returned when move out)
• $8.00 Administration fee
• One month minimum on all unit spaces.
